Britney is supposedly devastated after losing the custody of her children following a breach of a court order. Britney Los Angeles County Commissioner Scott Gordon denied her visitation rights after an urgent reunion with Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan on Wednesday. Los Angeles County Commissioner, who ordered Spears to undergo random drugs testing at an earlier ruling - through the decision after the singer failed to provide the court with her address. Britney "She's really upset. She keeps saying, 'I can't believe this is happening.' It's like she just can't accept what's happened." - E! Online Kevin Federline's lawyer : "She has complied with the part of the order. I expect that visitation will be reinstated."
