Actress Emma Watson, known for interpreting the famous witch Hermione Granger in the film "Harry Potter", will be the new image of the young line of Chanel, Coco Mademoiselle, as reported by the British press on Monday.

Watson, 18, has signed two-year contract with Chanel for an amount of $6 millions, also replacing the actress Keira Knightley, current signature image.

The signing of Watson is the new advertising strategy for Chanel, who announced last May, that Audrey TaTou replaces Nicole Kidman as image for Chanel No. 5.
