There's something new adorning Miranda Kerr's left ring finger – and it looks remarkably like an engagement ring, according to photos of the Australian model with her boyfriend, Orlando Bloom. And while last November Kerr's rep vehemently denied news reports from Down Under that Kerr was engaged to the Pirates of the Caribbean star, this time there's no denial.

"I am aware of the images. However, I am not in a position to comment," Kerr's rep, Carlii Lyon, tells PEOPLE. Bloom's rep has yet to be reached for comment. What is known: Miranda Kerr did fly into Cannes to be with Orlando Bloom for one night before turning around and going right back to New York for work – prompting some observers to wonder if a proposal took place in the South of France.

After all, also last November, Miranda Kerr said, "I've always wanted kids, so someday, eventually, yes, it will happen."
